Sori Talk

As part of the SoriNext Market programme, SoriTalk is a forum for knowledge exchange, bringing together professionals from Korea, Asia, and other countries to discuss the music industry and its key issues.

In 2025, SoriTalk will focus on three themes: ▲New music based on traditional elements; ▲Connections and expansion of the Asian music ecosystem; and ▲Transition and strategies for the international expansion of traditional music. Sessions will feature practical case studies and insights from music industry professionals and artists. Through these sessions, participants will explore musical trends and industry directions that bridge tradition and the contemporary, as well as regional and global contexts. They will also collectively identify challenges to ensuring the sustainability of music rooted in tradition.
