The stories of five pansori singers who performs for at 2023 Jeonju International Sori Festival are introduced through a lecture series by colleague performers, critics, and scholars before the beginning of respective 3-hour-performances of . Master Jo Sanghyeon, among great pansori performers of Boseongsori (singing style based on Boseong region), is a representative figure in terms of introduction of pansori to the general public.
